SCM Group Today

On March the 25th, a group of belgian students from HoGent (a University College set in Ghent) had visit Scm Group in Rimini and Villa Verucchio to get a closer view of our production line. With two of our collaborators, Rony Kyndt and Daniele Signor, the visit started with Scm Group presentation in the Leonardo meeting room and continued with the visit of our showroom and of  the Computer Numerical Control machines production factory. In Villa Verucchio the visit continued by visiting our production of Components and Classical machines.

The first 2013 edition of Scm Days took place in the factory showroom in Rimini on 22^nd and 23^rd of March.

Customers and distributors got the chance to view new Scm technology solutions: the TI 115 EP Class spindle moulder, the   SI 7500 sliding table saw, the  SIGMA IMPACT beam saw, the  OLIMPIC edge bander, the  TECH working centres and the SANDYA wide belt sander.

Our guests also had the opportunity to visit our foundry, the production lines and the components factory located in Rimini and Villa Verucchio.

At «i Saloni 2013» for the first time the «know how» culture enters the world’s temple of  furnishing.

The FederlegnoArredo, Scm Group and Cultura legno project is the representation of wood processing, from raw material to finished product, by illustrating the entire procedure that creates a new object from design, craft work,  to numerical control industrial technology, during the next International “Salone del Mobile” in Milan.
