The official opening is scheduled for next March, but work is already in full swing in the new SCM Group Canada’s headquarters. The branch of North American subsidiary moved last December 17 at the new plant in Mississauga, Ontario, just minutes away from Toronto International Airport. It’s a modern structure of more than 20,000 sq. ft. of space, which includes a large showroom and high-end offices, to continue to be one of the leading distributor of woodworking machinery in the Canadian market.
Richard Bluteau, manager, is enthusiastic: “We are all very excited about the new facility, there is a real positive atmosphere. We are excited to be here and ready to serve our customers and I want to invite anyone interested in quality woodworking machines to stop by and see what we have to offer. After 35 years in the same building, we were ready for a new environment that would help us support and achieve our goal: providing exceptional technology solution and top level customer support to our Canadian customers“.
